We've been invaded!

Ok, not really. Just had some relatives visiting. My aunt, two cousins & my cousin's two boys came to visit last weekend. They visit from another state every so often and we always have a good time. Since the younger of my cousin Sue's two boys is 10/11 months old, we shared a bunch of our baby gear. I just have to say, Lukas is adorable! I love those cheeks. And if he keeps going, he'll be as tall as his brother, Devin in no time.

Since they live a good distance away, it usually means not being able to celebrate birthdays together. We improvised and celebrated a couple ay once.

It's hard to believe so much was packed into so short a time. There was tons of fun and tons of good food. We made zucchini quiches for breakfast. There was pulled pork in the Crockpot for lunch. And what New England visit is complete without a clam boil?

We blocked the driveway and let the kids have fun with chalk, bubbles & wheels.

I think the big kids had more fun.

After supper, some of the girls played beauty parlor. Even Keira got in on the action.

On Sunday, we went for a walk to a local place for ice cream, a playground and animals.

It's no surprise by the end of the weekend, we were all tuckered out.
